Many cases of colon cancer have no symptoms. The following symptoms, however, may indicate colon cancer:
- Abdominal pain and tenderness in the lower abdomen
- Diarrhea, constipation, or other change in bowel habits
- Narrow stools
- Weight loss with no known reason.
